What we collect

• Order details: name, email, phone (optional), shipping address, organization, research category, and your research-use and Terms acceptance.
• Payment: card details are entered directly into our payment processor’s secure form. We never see or store full card numbers.
• Your cart: stored in your own browser so it’s still there when you come back. It isn’t sent to us until you check out.
• Basic technical data: our hosting provider records standard request logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security.

We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

• To review, fulfill, and ship your order, and send order and tracking emails.
• To confirm orders meet our research-use requirements.
• To answer COA requests and customer service questions.
• To prevent fraud and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell or rent your information. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the store: our payment processor (Stripe), our website host (Cloudflare), our email provider, and USPS for delivery. We may also disclose information when required by law.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as needed for fulfillment, customer service, and legal and tax recordkeeping, generally up to 7 years.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, subject to records we must keep by law. Email us and we’ll respond within 30 days.
