Terms of Sale

1. Who may buy

By placing an order you represent that:

• You are at least 21 years old.
• You are a researcher, or are purchasing on behalf of a research organization, and the organization and research category you provide at checkout are accurate.
• You will use the products only for lawful laboratory research, handled by or under the supervision of qualified personnel, in compliance with all applicable laws.
• You will not resell, relabel, or provide the products to anyone for human or animal use.

2. Order review and our right to refuse

Every order is reviewed before it ships. We may ask for additional information about you or your organization, and we may refuse or cancel any order, in full or in part, at our sole discretion, including where we believe the products may be used for any purpose other than laboratory research, where information provided is incomplete or inaccurate, or where an order contains communications suggesting human or animal use.

If we cancel an order, you receive a full refund to your original payment method.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars and are shown on the site at the time of order. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider; we never see or store full card numbers. Your order is accepted when it ships, not when payment is taken.

3a. Discount and affiliate codes

One code may be used per order. Codes apply to products only, not shipping, have no cash value, and can’t be combined, transferred, or applied to past orders. Codes may carry a minimum order, usage limit, or expiry date shown at checkout, and we may end or change any code at any time. Using a code doesn’t change the research-use requirements in these Terms.

4. Shipping, cancellations, and returns

We ship to U.S. addresses only. Shipping, cancellation, and return terms are set out in our Shipping & Returns policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. Product information and documentation

Each vial is labeled with product name, labeled quantity, and lot number. A certificate of analysis (COA) for the lot is available on request. Product descriptions are provided for identification only and are not claims about any biological effect or use.

6. Warranty disclaimer

We warrant that products will match their label and the COA for their lot at the time of shipment. Other than that, products are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Buyer responsibility and indemnity

You assume all responsibility for the safe handling, storage, use, and disposal of products after delivery. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Summit Research USA from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of the products or breach of these Terms, including any use other than laboratory research.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. We may update these Terms from time to time; the version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
