Shipping & Returns

Shipping

• We ship to U.S. addresses only (50 states, D.C., and Puerto Rico).
• Orders ship by USPS Ground Advantage from Missouri (ZIP 65605). Transit is typically 2–5 business days.
• Every order is reviewed before shipping. Approved orders typically ship within 2 business days. Tracking is emailed when the label is created.
• Shipping is free on orders with $150 or more in materials. Otherwise the rate is shown at checkout before you pay.

Cancellations

You can cancel any order for a full refund until it ships. Email us with your order number. If we cancel an order during review, you are refunded in full automatically.

Damaged, incorrect, or missing items

If an item arrives damaged, the wrong item was sent, or something is missing, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the package and vials. We will send a replacement or issue a refund for the affected items at no cost to you.

Lost packages

If tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, or a package is marked delivered but you don’t have it, contact us. We will open a claim with USPS and reship or refund once the claim is resolved.

Returns

To protect material integrity, we cannot accept returns of opened vials or vials with a broken seal. Unopened, sealed vials may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email us first for return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks typically post refunds within 5–10 business days.
